Our resistance bands are very suitable for you if you like to train flexibly at home or on the go and don't want to lug around a lot of equipment. Since the 5 different strengths of the bands really cover every fitness type, the resistance bands are a great alternative to weights such as dumbbells or kettlebells. In addition to over 100 different exercises, you can also use them as support for your pull-ups and thus steadily increase your number of pull-ups. In short: strengthening your muscles and building strength has never been easier.
For maximum effective and varied training, we recommend at least two or three bands of different strengths. So you can vary the resistance depending on the exercise and consciously increase your fitness level by slowly increasing to thicker ligaments and effectively continue to build your muscles.
If you just want to try out the Resistance Bands, then of course a band is enough first. If you have done little or no weight training so far, then the LIGHT or ULTRA LIGHT is the best choice for you.
