If you like muffins, you will love our low carb * protein muffins! Whether juicy and chocolaty or fruity and lemony - with our low-sugar baking mixes you can create fluffy, fluffy muffins for every taste in no time at all. And the best: The muffins from the Body Attack baking mix contain only 2.9 g of carbohydrates per muffin* and are therefore ideal for a low-carb diet.

DIFFERENCES FROM CLASSIC MUFFINS

More protein, less carbohydrates. Our muffin mixes keep what they promise. One muffin provides 11 g of protein, but just 2.9 g of carbohydrates - and thus adapt perfectly to your fitness-compliant diet.

Compared to conventional muffins made from white flour products, which have a much higher carbohydrate than protein content and are therefore not suitable for reduced carb diets, we use a reversed nutritional composition for our muffin baking mixes. The high protein content is due to the almond and wheat ingredients. By preparing it with quark and eggs, the protein content can be increased even further.
