WHAT'S IN THE REDUCED CARB * PIZZA Dough?
Wheat flour is the main ingredient in conventional pizza dough and is high in carbohydrates. Other ingredients are iodized table salt and yeast, which ensure a fluffy dough. The only thing you have to add is some olive oil and water and of course the ingredients for the topping.
