With the Fit 4 Day Protein Pizza Baking Mix you can easily prepare a carb reduced * and high protein pizza yourself. This makes pizza fit for fitness and fits into a low-carb diet.

The Fit4Day Protein Pizza provides 33% protein. Milk, whey and wheat protein form the basis for the high protein content. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced diet. Muscles are largely made up of protein, so the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscles and normal bones.

The preparation is child's play: Simply knead 250 g baking mixture with 180 ml cold water for about 6 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
