In addition to the reduced carbohydrate content, Fit4Day Protein Bread convinces with 26% protein. Protein is very important for a healthy, balanced diet and a fit lifestyle. The preparation is simple: Mix 250 g of baking mixture with 210 ml of lukewarm water and knead for approx. 6 minutes to form a smooth dough.
