The Fit4Day Protein Breakfast Box supplies the body with high quality protein. Protein is very important for a healthy, balanced diet and a fit lifestyle. Protein porridge

Preparation: For one serving (50 g), put the entire contents of the bag in a cup or bowl. Add 100 ml of boiling water and stir well with a spoon. Alternatively, 1 serving can be mixed with 100 ml of warm water. Then heat the porridge in the microwave for about 1 minute over medium heat (600 watts). If you like, you can refine the finished protein porridge with fresh fruit.

Superfood porridge

  • high protein content of 20%
  • with chia seeds and superfood fruits
  • Source of fiber for a good start to the day

Preparation: For one serving (50 g), put the entire contents of the bag in a cup or bowl. Add 100 ml of boiling water and stir well with a spoon. Alternatively, 1 serving can be mixed with 100 ml of warm water. Then heat the porridge in the microwave for about 1 minute over medium heat (600 watts). If you like, you can refine the finished protein porridge with fresh fruit.

Protein pancake

Preparation: Mix 50 g pancake mixture with 65 ml cold water to a smooth dough or shake vigorously in a shaker. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Then pour the batter into the pan in portions. Bake the pancakes over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. A healthy snack is ready! The pancakes can be reheated very easily in the microwave.

Protein pudding

Preparation: For one serving (20 g), shake the powder with 135 ml of semi-skimmed milk in a blender for 20 seconds. Finished! Put the finished pudding in a bowl and decorate with fresh fruit if you like.
